2. Orders and Payments
Order Processing: We process orders promptly. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping: Orders over $49.99, shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), qualify for free Standard Shipping. For expedited shipping options or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, additional fees apply.

Delivery Time: Most items ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected. We operate distribution centers in Louisville, Las Vegas, and Philadelphia to expedite processing.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: Products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and tags.
Return Process: To return an item, obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our customer service. Follow the return instructions provided. Items must be returned within 90 days of receiving the RA number.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. For wire transfer payments, refunds will be issued as store credit. Please note that refunds may take 2-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your credit card company.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. For U.S. customers, a pre-paid FedEx label is available for $9.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item, process a return and place a new order for the desired item. The exchange will be subject to our standard return and shipping policies.
6. Order Cancellation and Modifications
Orders can be modified or cancelled only if their status is "Order Received." Once the status changes to "Order Processed," modifications or cancellations are not possible.
7. International Returns
For international returns, mark the package as "Merchandise Return" to avoid brokerage fees. Any additional fees incurred due to brokerage or customs will be your responsibility.
8. Warranty and Defects
Warranty: Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. We assist with warranty claims but do not provide direct warranties on products.
Defects: If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We will assist with the warranty process, which may take 4-8 weeks.
9. Damaged Items
Report any damaged items as soon as possible and retain all original packaging. Claims for damaged items are handled through the shipping carrier, and we will assist with this process.
